Clippy, the friendly paperclip desktop assistant in Microsoft Office 2000, has received a major upgrade and new artificial intelligence capabilities. Office 365 apps are now equipped with a ribbon at the top of the screen called 'Tell Me', an intelligent services feature for interactive on-demand help and personalized feedback. Tell Me acts as a search bar and help feature for troubleshooting, such as asking how to use advanced features or perform a function inside the app.
Some of the other ways you can use Tell Me include: Checking the definitions of a word using Bing search, entering the name of a coworker to retrieve info or a contact card, and searching for Office 365 file names to open documents or insert document links.
